3. Appointment and Cancellation

All appointments are subject to availability. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

Payments for services are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the discretion of The IV Nurses. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health history, including allergies and medications. Clients must follow pre and post-treatment care instructions provided by The IV Nurses.

7. Confidentiality

The IV Nurses respects the privacy of our clients. All personal and health information obtained during the provision of services will be kept confidential, following applicable privacy laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by The IV Nurses, including logos, images, and text, are the property of The IV Nurses and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The IV Nurses shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Holden Massachusetts. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Holden Massachusetts.
